Two days to go

Cast your bets and break out the face paint and flags to support your team, because it’s about to go down. With a fresh blanket of snow arriving just in time for Powder Week, the stage is set for the Gelande Quaff World Championships. Months of training are represented through the respected sixteen teams gunning for a chance at history.
Insults are flying from the thirsty competitors as teams beat their chests and parade around with their arrogant hired coaches. As the team captain for Cloudveil, I haven’t let our crew pay much attention to these idle threats. We are confident in our quaffing abilities and would just as soon square off against each team individually to prove our dominance, but we will settle for the NCAA bracket method to spare half of the teams the embarrassment.
One thing is certain; one team will emerge victorious, and the battle to claim the crown will be one not to be missed.

Chris…
How do you train for this? Do you start with light beers and work your way up to an oatmeal stout? Is that how you rank your ability level? I think I might be a upper-level amber at this point but I’m not sure. Are there any standards for this that you could tell me? Come to Golden and we’ll go on a Coors tour and see if they want to hire us as consultants okay?
Is there an official t-shirt or anything that we can buy in order to show our support for this sport? I’d like to help spread awareness and maybe volunteer my time writing letters to the IOC.
